1. Using Vlogy

Vlogy is a private video service for closed groups. Use Vlogy only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity carried out through your account.

2. Accounts and private groups

Use Vlogy only with your own accurate account details. Do not share access credentials. Groups are private to their active members; do not use Vlogy to make content publicly available or to bypass another person’s privacy or access controls.

3. Your content and conduct

You retain rights in the content you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and make it available to the active members of your private group for the operation of Vlogy. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for every video, audio, image, name and other material you share.

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights, including copyright, personality or data-protection rights.
• Do not try to access another person’s account, group or media without authorization.

4. Availability and backups

We aim to keep Vlogy available and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Do not rely on Vlogy as the sole place to keep irreplaceable memories; keep an independent copy of content that is especially important to you.

5. Ending access

You can stop using Vlogy at any time. We may suspend or end access when necessary for security, legal compliance or these terms. For account or data requests, contact support.

6. Consumer rights and applicable law

Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected. German law applies where legally permitted, without limiting mandatory protections of your country of residence.

7. Minimum age and age assurance

You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a Vlogy account. Parental permission does not replace this minimum age. You must provide truthful information during the neutral age check and must not bypass or help another person bypass it. We may restrict or close an account when the minimum-age requirement cannot be verified or has been circumvented.

8. Premium, price and renewal

If you are 16 or 17, obtain your legal representative’s permission where the law requires it for using the service or entering a paid subscription. The 16+ access threshold does not grant unrestricted contractual capacity. Do not purchase without the necessary permission.

Vlogy is provided by the operator identified in the legal notice. Premium is an optional monthly or annual subscription for one selected group. Its active members share that group’s benefits; it does not unlock all groups or automatically divide the bill. The purchaser remains responsible for payment. The features, limits, total local price including applicable taxes and billing period shown before confirmation are decisive.

Purchases are confirmed in Apple’s App Store or Google Play. The store checkout and receipt identify the payment contracting party and applicable store terms. The subscription renews automatically for the selected period unless cancelled through the store before renewal under its displayed deadline. Price changes follow the store notice and consent requirements and applicable law.

Premium becomes available after the store purchase has been verified and assigned to the selected group. Pending approval or payment is not a completed purchase. If activation is delayed, restore purchases or contact support rather than buying again. Group policy changes apply to the next eligible group day and do not rewrite historical days.

9. Cancellation, restoration and group changes

Cancel renewal in the subscriptions settings of the store account used to buy. Ordinarily Premium continues until the verified paid period ends; refunds or revocation can end entitlement earlier. Uninstalling Vlogy, leaving a group or deleting your Vlogy account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel separately before deleting your account if you do not want renewal.

Use “Restore purchases” with the original store account and the linked Vlogy account. Restoration checks existing purchases without a new charge; it does not transfer an entitlement to another group or person. Contact support if the original account or group is unavailable.

Leaving a group does not automatically move or cancel its Premium sponsorship. Other eligible members can keep the assigned benefit for the paid period. Deleting a group with an active subscription may be blocked until the subscription is resolved. After expiry the free limits apply; loss of a paid feature is not itself immediate deletion of all content. Statutory rights and any applicable refund remain unaffected.

10. Withdrawal, refunds and licence

Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective digital services and any statutory right of withdrawal, are not excluded. For EEA consumers a distance contract generally carries a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion. Early provision does not, by itself, remove that right: any early expiry must meet the applicable legal requirements, including required express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation. Follow the information supplied with your store purchase; you can send an unambiguous withdrawal statement identifying the purchase to the contracting party shown there. Vlogy support can help route your request.

Refunds can be requested through the store links below or raised with Vlogy support. A store procedure does not replace mandatory claims against the responsible contracting party. Apple’s Standard EULA additionally applies to the iOS app licence; these terms explain the Vlogy service and do not override mandatory rights. Publishing a revised page alone does not retroactively alter an existing paid contract.

Stopping a subscription renewal, exercising a right of withdrawal and requesting a refund are separate steps. Apple and Google provide their own purchase terms and routes for the applicable country. Check the receipt and the terms linked below: the applicable period, contracting party and any immediate or partial cancellation right may differ by store and country. A refund request alone does not necessarily cancel future renewals.
